Privacy

How this website uses your data and cookies.

This website is run by KnockoutSoft Ltd. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, contact us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, for example which pages are visited and how often NDM is downloaded. Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location and your device and browser type. It doesn't store your IP address. We use this information only to improve the site, and we don't use it for advertising.

If you're in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, Google Analytics only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. Elsewhere it runs by default and you can turn it off. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets these cookies, and only when analytics is allowed:

  • _ga tells visits from the same browser apart. It lasts up to 2 years.
  • _ga_GTT9CY7VZT keeps track of the current visit. It lasts up to 2 years.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (ndm-consent) so we don't ask again.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message by email and use them only to reply to you. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser without setting tracking cookies.

The NDM app

When you activate NDM, the app sends the license key you entered to this site. We record the key, how many times it has been activated and when, to understand how licenses are used. We don't record your IP address or anything else about your computer with it.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us to do this. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
